If your significant other is headed to a convention in Long Beach, take some time off and tag along for the ride! No doubt you'll take in our big attractions, bustling Downtown and sandy shoreline, but the smaller distractions can be just as much fun. Try out these ideas for passing the time while your other half is fulfilling his or her professional duty.

Grab an outdoor table on Pine Avenue or 2nd Street and watch the world go by. Even better, split your time between both spots and try to figure out why one city caters to two such different crowds.
